You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, allow another person to access your account, or transfer your account to any other party. You agree to notify 9kelab support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
All Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making their first withdrawal. 9kelab may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal holds until documentation is provided and approved.
All transactions on 9kelab are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 9kelab accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment channels, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times. Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. FPX bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
9kelab reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. In all cases, 9kelab will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected Member.
Deposits made by payment methods other than those approved by 9kelab will not be credited to your account and may not be reversible. Members are advised to use only the approved payment channels listed in their account dashboard.
9kelab may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Balance is permitted. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. 9kelab reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or Terms violation is identified.
Members may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering context for which they were issued.

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with 9kelab's official sportsbook settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed prior to suspension are settled based on the outcomes of the relevant event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9kelab and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9kelab employs transaction monitoring, behavioural analysis, and KYC checks to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, 9kelab may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending and historical bets and bonuses associated with the prohibited conduct, and withhold or reclaim funds accordingly. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

9kelab may suspend or permanently close a Member's account in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than Terms breach, any verified Real Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure regardless of circumstance.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their 9kelab account should contact support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. During the processing period, the account will be suspended for new deposits and bets.
All intellectual property on the 9kelab Platform — including but not limited to the 9kelab name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to 9kelab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse engineering any Platform software; framing or embedding Platform content on third-party websites; or using 9kelab's intellectual property for any commercial purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9kelab shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9kelab's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Balance deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9kelab makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. 9kelab will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by 9kelab is governed by the 9kelab Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 9kelab, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.
9kelab processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Member data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and where consent has been given, promotional communications. 9kelab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 9kelab will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address associated with their account and/or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
